This place is a hidden gem. I had to wait a bit as I was 3rd in line so I was getting worried as closing time was approaching. Stephanie took me in very close to 5. She was so patient with me and very knowledgeable about the entire process of switching carriers. She stayed about an hour late to make sure my phone was working before she let me leave. Not many places would go to this level and I truly appreciate the excellent service. Thank you Stephanie and Gene's, I truly appreciate what you did for me!

Gene’s helped us recently in our transition from Verizon to AT&T. They were extremely knowledgeable and got us a great deal and all new phones. When we got the phones and activated the phones, the service we received from the AT&T tower was 100 times better than we were receiving from Verizon.
